Who We Are

Our mission at Treasure Coast Hospice is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, high-quality care to our patients and those who share their lives.

We comfort and care for our patients, and our team provides support, meaning and hope to their loved ones.

Treasure Coast Hospice is a non-profit organization, founded in St. Lucie County in the late 1970s by a group of caring and committed volunteers. Their vision continues to inspire us to meet the growing needs in our community.

The Growing Need
The number of patients served by Treasure Coast Hospice in St. Lucie County has more than doubled since 2005, increasing by 128 percent. Treasure Coast Hospice now serves a greater percentage of its community than any other hospice in Florida.

This tremendous growth brought an even greater increase in the number of people we counsel, both hospice and non-hospice. The Counseling Center will provide a central location in St. Lucie County to deliver these services more efficiently. It will create a gathering place for staff, volunteers
and the community.
