Friends of Hospice Events
The 12th Annual Friends Swing Fore Hospice Golf Tournament to benefit Treasure Coast Hospice was held on April 24, 2009 at Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club. A shotgun – four person scramble started the day’s activities. Golfers played on one of the two beautiful courses at Harbour Ridge, by Joe Lee and Pete Dye. After a fun day on the course, everyone mingled in the Harbour Ridge Clubhouse while enjoying Hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, raffle prizes and the silent auction.
All proceeds from this event benefited Treasure Coast Hospice, a not-for-profit community organization that provides high-quality compassionate care for patients with life-limiting or life-threatening illness and support for those who share their lives. Treasure Coast Hospice serves residents in Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee Counties.
As a not-for-profit organization, Treasure Coast Hospice is dependent on the support of volunteers and community businesses.
